Laura has over 24 years of business and technology leadership experience in multinational environments, having held executive global positions in the technology sector. During her career, she has built a reputation for operational excellence, innovative strategic thinking, results driven with a deep and passionate commitment to customers, employees and diversity & inclusion in the workplace.
Laura is President and Chief Revenue Officer at Cologix, a network-neutral interconnection, ecosystem, cloud hyperscale edge data center company. She is accountable for revenue generation, strategic sales, and focusing the company on deepening customer relationships and broadening the go-to-market strategy. She is the former Chief Customer Officer of Equinix where she implemented an enterprise-wide global customer experience vision to drive customer loyalty and create a truly differentiated experience for customers. Previously, Laura was the General Manager of Cloud Services of VMware, a global leader in cloud infrastructure & digital workspace technology accelerating digital transformation where she ran the P&L to include Worldwide Sales and Customer Success. Laura was also responsible for leading the North American Customer Experience organization. She has held several senior leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and Jeppesen Sanderson. Laura is a recognized leader in the industry, receiving an industry leadership award in 2015 from the Professional Business Women of California (PBWC) for her commitment to supporting women and girls in technology. Laura is a Member of WIT-CO (Women in Tech Council) and CTA (Colorado Technology Association). Laura holds an MBA in Information Systems from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she played tennis as a Division II college athlete. Laura resides in Denver, CO with her husband and two daughters.
